MINDFUL BREATHING: Immerse yourself in the present moment with Mindful Breathing. This workshop focuses on present awareness and mindfulness through intentional and calming breathing exercises, allowing you to relax, reduce stress, and find relief from anxiety. Prioritize your self-care and welcome a peaceful and rejuvenating experience.
$50 per person, all materials included, with a portion of the proceeds being donated to Empowered Equines Rescue. If you participate in all 4 of the mindful meditation workshops, 1 will be free!
